eu distance selling directive
As of 31st October 2000 the EU Distance Selling Directive became part of UK law, courtesy of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This directive applies to all transactions where the consumer does not actually meet the vendor. In simple terms it gives you, the consumer, the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund.
The only exception is 'customised' goods.
All of SSLspace.com's services are customised to your own username and package requirements and are therefore exempt from the EU Distance Selling Directive.
